Hi, I’m Hayley! During the week, I work full-time as the Office Manager at DCC Marketing, where I handle accounting (AP and AR), budgeting (yes—I genuinely love spreadsheets), and all the behind-the-scenes operations that keep things running smoothly.

Outside of work, I’m a freelance makeup artist with a background in weddings, photography sessions, and special events. While I’m not currently booking new appointments, I still love sharing tips and supporting friends when I can—but most days, you’ll find me on the sidelines, cheering for my kids at their many activities.

I serve as Vice President of the Argenta-Oreana Youth League Board, the nonprofit supporting local sports. I’m also on the board of Decatur Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, where Lincoln has trained for over five years. I handle much of the creative and social media content for both organizations and helped build aoylsports.org. I even created our family website—though it’s still under construction!
